I am looking for a three day a week, basic general health lifting routing that will not bulk me up. The YMCA I belong to has their free weights in a separate part of the building (down two flights, other side of facility) from the machines and I am looking for a routing that uses only free weights. Most of the routines I see on JEFIT mix and match machines with free weights, and wandering back and forth is not an option.
That said, I am fairly new to free weights, and need something basic. Anyone know of a routine like that so I don't have to wander through the entire ROUTINES section?
