    Logging weight used in app

    Hey all,

Ok, maybe a silly question but here goes... In an excercise such as bicep curls where you could perform the excercise with either dumbells or a curl bar for example, how do you log the weight? I would assume that if you are using 45lb dumbells then you would log the weight as 45lbs since each arm is lifting 45lbs individually. However, slap two 45's on a curl bar...do you know log the weight as 90 + the bar for your lift?

I guess what i'm trying to figure out is this: Say you are trying to keep your routine varied so maybe one week you used dumbells and next week you want to use the curl bar for your bicep curls. If you are wanting to keep at about the same weight used for both exercises should you base on what you are lifitng single armed with dumbells and then basically double it when using the bar (while taking the weight of the bar into consideration)?

    Any insight would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Moe
