    Rapeseed Oil / KEto Diet

    I have started my Keto diet, having a little trouble achieving my hitting my daily fat goal, I bought some Rapeseed oil today.

    Any advice on how to take it other than using it for cooking.

    I am thinking of adding some to my protein shake or just necking 50ml a day straight.

    Does anyone have any better idea's?

    That sounds vile to me, but each to their own.

    The mediterranean countries favour using olive oil as a dip for specialty breads and so on. Maybe you could use rapeseed oil the same way?

    Good idea Dave, Ill have to figure out what to dip though as bread is a no no.

    How about Ryvita products? I like "Crackerbread". Or you could drizzle the oil on a lettuce-based salad, maybe with some diced chicken breast in there too?

    Cheers Dave I popped 50ml in my protein shake this morning, it didn't affect the taste in anyway and bumped my fat intake tremendously .

    I will pop some on a chicken salad too.
