I joined the Marine Corps right out of High School and got out after my six year enlistment was up. 10 years and 60 pounds later, here I am.
Well, kind of. Since August 2011, I have lost 47 pounds! I told my wife "I really like feeling great and looking good, but the best part of losing weight is not having chest pains anymore!" She agreed. I've noticed my depression and anxiety has gone away and I am starting to feel like I did back in High School.
I just downloaded the Jefit app and I am in the process of setting it up. With some many to choose from, I could really use some help in picking a routine. My main goal is to lose weight, but I also want to build muscle. If you have any suggestions for a 4 day a week routine, I would appreciate it.
