    Your figures are wrong. I haven't checked the prices or carbs/fats values (no time!) but I was disturbed at the suggestion that the Reflex whey had half the protein content of the other two.

    It's 20g protein per 25g serving, not 19.5g protein per 50g (2x25g) serving. That's what it says on the packet.

    Kind Regards
    Dave

    And their regular customers regularly get sent a money-off e-voucher. My last purchase, which should be delivered on Tuesday this week, had 5% off.

    Kind Regards

    Interesting comparison, thanks Jason. Certainly seems like the myprotein.com bag is swaying me for a purchase now!

    Hi Dave

    The serving size was wrong - 2 scoops = 25gm (now corrected)

    The figures are cut and paste from their respective websites. perhaps your product is slightly different to the one I quoted. check the link

    Correct product but the nutritional info is wrong (assuming the data printed on the packet to be correct).

    Per 25g Serving:
    Energy = 410 Kj / 97Kcal
    Protein = 20g
    Carb = 1.6g
    Sugars = 1.0g
    Fat = 1.1g
    Sat. = 0.4g
    Mono. = 0.3g
    Poly. = 0.4g

    Also includes 40mg Digestive enzymes and 50m Probiotic spores per serving to aid digestion. Reflex also includes peptide-bonded glutamine added to the whey to improve it's AA profile (not as significant as, for eg, BCAA's, but better than a kick in the teeth).

    Not saying it's the best product out there, or the cheapest, just that your figures don't tell the whole story.

    Also Dolphin have free shipping whereas MyProtein is at least £2.49 http://helpdesk.myprotein.com/index....leid=654&nav=0 , and the price includes a free shaker (I find you can never have too many of these, I always have to search for one!!! They hide, I tell you!!!).

    Kind Regards
    Dave

    What flavours have you tried/prefer? I am just thinking of getting a standard strawberry one...
    80% protein per serving is great. The higher the better.

    Those are some of the things I avoid in whey proteins. Enzymes are great to add in separately, but if you drink a few shakes a day you're likely to get some wonderful bloat. I've had that issue with Dymatize and Vitamin Shoppe's Pro24. Both contain magical enzymes. All I want in my protein shake is protein. I can add whatever else I need separately.

    If you do choose to try one with enzymes, try a smaller size first. Everyone is different.
