I was looking for a great Android apps to help me in my training. I did train some 15 years ago, but was just a teen, not serious for my part. Went up to 230 pounds not lean at all, and decide to put an end to that.
I got a nutrition coach, which help a lot, start running last year, concentrating on 5k, now i feel the need to put on some muscle. In 2 years went slowly but i think i did well, from 230lbs to 180lbs, need to add lean muscle and definition.
i'am in no rush training and running has become an habit. Insanity, P90X worked good, but for mass i need more weight.
So here i am.
