    Talking Hi everyone!!!

Greetings to everyone on here. I am new. I have been working out for almost all my life and got serious in 2009. I am 23, student, and i am a bodybuilder and an emt from Sacramento CA. I enjoy working out and putting in work at the gym because it takes my mind off all the stress that goes on in daily life. The gym has in some ways saved my life!

I have some experience in bodybuilding. I have leaned that diet as long as you can and drop weight nice and slow to maintain as much muscle as possible. Keep your sugars super low and eat clean. I eat 3 times a day. Just works for me. I am not a nutritionist though! haha. I will be making some short clips on dieting and stuff. Yea that is difficult, pizza. I live with my parents and my mom be making mexican food. Talk about difficult.! It takes alot of will power, dedication, and focus. I have had to increase my cardio to lean down to the max. It is very difficult. This year i am looking to do 4 bodybuilding shows. One in Roseville, another in folsom, Fresno, then Sacramento.

4 shows eh sounds good buddy, hope you do really well. dont really need to work hard to stay lean its the bulking thats hard for me. I eat 5 times a day plus whey protein twice a day just to stay 14 stone. costs a fortune haha, only want to make 15 stone of ripped muscle though so i'll get there as long as i keep lifting heavyer every week.

Stay on it! Stay consistant! Stay on your meals and keep putting in the work. Results take forever to get. However, nothing is given over night in this health/nutrition bodybuilding or anything in general!. I have people that look amazing that i look up to. I have to remind myself that it takes years of dedication. One day i will go pro. I will enjoy the journy i have to go through. Its crazy how it takes months to prepare to get on stage for a few minutes in the morning for prejudging and later at night for awards and shows. I have done 1 show in 2009 (1st place), 2010 did two shows, (1st place and then 3rd). This year will be amazing. i can't wait.

you'll have to upload some pics of you on stage in the past and that, and make sure you let everyone know how you get on in the future. just think eh talking to you now might be my claim to fame when your on the pro circuit i'll tell people i knew you way back when you was still an amateur haha
