Can someone review and critique my plan?
Current Weight = 150
Current BF% = 13%ish
Current Goal = to add lean muscle like to be 160 with around 10%
I have a desk job and I workout 5 days a week life for approx 60min and do 20-25min cardio. According to formula based on a moderate activity level due to my workouts, I figuere my TDEE is around 2500 cals
Since I want to add lean muscle, I will increase my TDEE by 10% which brings me to approx 2750 cals a day
Protein = 1.75g x 150 =262g (rounding up to 275g) = 1100cals (equals about 40% of cals from protein)
Fat = .50 x 150 = 75g = 675cals = approx 25%
So I have 1100+675=1775 cals allocated. I subtract 1775 goal of 2750 = 975 cals left for carbs
Carbs = 1775cals = 243g = 35%
So my totals would be approx
Protein = 275g / 1100cals / 40%
Fat = 75g / 675cals / 25%
Carbs = 243g / 975cals / 35%
HOW DOES THIS LOOK?? ANY SUGGESTIONS? CHANGES? FEEDBACK? Thanks!!!
