hello to everyone. I am new to Jefit. I started working out about a year and a half ago. i was doing just cardio. I went from a 60 inch waist to a 46. For the past 6 months i have gotten into weight training and proper nutrition. I am currently on a five day bulking and strength routine that i never miss a day. I am 63 years old and i now feel better that i did in my thirties. All of my health problems have just about gone away, High blood pressure high colest, joint pain and my energy is back like never before. My weight before starting was 395 I am 6 ft 3 in i now weigh in at 270. Just a short message to anyone starting out never give up and keep yourself motivated at all time another words go to the gym and work out ,no excuses. Make it part of your daily routine. Good luck in your training and god bless.

It's great isn't it? I'm in my forties now and although I have been bodybuilding most of my life, I let things slip due to mental health problems for the last 8 years.

I'm now fitter and healthier than I've been for ages, and loving it!

Great to hear that even at 63 you can be fit and happy!!!

    Welcome to our little community!

    Kind Regards
    Dave
