Hey, just a short story of my life here in northen norway first!
as I live in a rather small town, I dont have that much options when it comes to food and diet plans.
the stores in my town focus on fast making dinners and tacos if you catch my drift.
so I have too work with what I got, witch in this case aint much.
my goal is too reach 95kg "fit" not fat :P I workout in my local gym about 5days each week, and I try too press in a session in the pool, I heard its great for the muscles, and a great way too lose some fat!
my workout routine contains evry Jefit B.E(not deadlift yet) and some other exercises that works on my chest, legs, abs and back(mainly)
so for my "diet" if you can call it that.
"wake up call" - contains chicken breast with white rise, and some brocoli.
other days its the same, just with salmon. somedays I might eat eggs.. but I dont feel its enough, if I eat just the eggs(sometimes bacon) I have too eat lunch alot earlier!
"just got to work food" normaly some yoghurt and banana, my work contains lifting so I kinda need the littel extra before the lunch.
"lunch" this is normaly the same as my "wake up call" I kinda make 3boxes with it, one in the morning, lunch and evening.(not eggs for lunch or evenings)
"if long to dinner" same as "just got to work food" yoghurt banana, or some apples
"dinner" this is a worst case scenario! :P my gf kinda hates healty food.. she will rather eat 90%fat and the rest is what she is drinking on the side xD okey not rly, I try taking over this part aswell, with some healthy recepies I found on the web, and from the norwegian magazine "Treningsforum" containing mostly red meat, medium. and with some brocoli.
sometimes this is also Salmon or chicken.
"dessert" this can be anything rly, whatever I find on the market rly when we went shopping for dinner, but nothing unhealty like chips and soda :P
"evening meal" same as "wake up call" the same day.
and for the days I workout before work I normaly get a prot shake with a banana. and the same before dinner if I workout after work.
ther is normaly 2-3 hours between evry meal if that helps.
thanks for the long read :P hope someone can comment on this "diet" for 95kg bulking, and Im currently 88kg
if you guys have something that worked out for you, bulking up staying fit! then I would love too hear about it!
(just a reminder, this is norway I live in, so please say the name of the animal that the box contains not the name of the box you buy on the market :P it will help me find something that matches alot better)
