Hey every one im startin to go to the gym here in el paso im tryin to find a good routine on helping me bulk up and trimming some fat im at 207 lbs now want to get down to 180 but gain mussel at the same time so plz any tips would be nice thanks
Being a n00b you will see gains from just about any routine you do. Losing the fat is more about diet than the exercise program. Try using MyFitnessPal to track your food intake.
