Howdy, I have been working out generally for a number of years, however I think now it's time to add some bulk and some cut. So that means somehow not eating the ice cream that I like to get to the 10 or 9 percent body fat. That said, being tall and long, mean building big is difficult. So, I'm not interested in being a hulk, but definitely looking much more defined than I am now.
Welcome. You'll typically find it easier to bulk then cut down if you have trouble packing on weight. Just have to watch the calories in versus calories out.
