1st post, yay!
I just started training again after a year break, and I was wondering what you think of my 3-split routine.
Il try 6 days a week, but I do (as you see) just count the days and start with 1 the first training day, then 2 the next.
Hard to keep it 6 days a week with my job.
Please comment, and tell me what I sould do to improve the routine
