What do you call this exercise:

Ive been doing this exercise for a while and love it. I can feel it working a very wide variety of muscles. (Anybody care to try and estimate which muscles in total?)
Anyway, I have no idea what it is called.
It can be seen at 1:10 in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F3muAkT0K9Y
Another exercise I enjoy greatly is holding a pull up bar with crossed fingers, so that I'm standing facing down the bar. Then doing pullups to where the bar touches my shoulder, alternating sides. Can anyone name this exercise?

    Hope this helps

The first exercise you showed in the video in your post i think is called either Barbell core twist or a Barbell torque variation. Not sure if you found the answer since there has not been any replies to your thread in a long time. I hope this helps.

No idea on the second one, but the first has a few names like CJSCHUYLER said. Barbell core rotations is another name.
