Eat more. Eat HEALTHY. Workout harder. Get plenty of sleep (8+ hours/day).

No workout stim or exercise routine will do you much good if you do not fuel your body properly and plentifully. If you are serious about gaining weight, you really need to up your dietary intake. I can't give you a specific number, but eating a couple thousand calories more per day of lean meats, poultry, whole grains/complex carbs (no white bread, no candy or sugary food), and fruits/vegetables is an absolute necessity. Try a mass gaining powder or bar as well, because it can be difficult to eat enough food to gain quality mass.

it is literally about the numbers
i gained a stone and a half in couple of months but specifically didn't start working out until i reached my target (will leave you with a bit of a gut but you can work that off)
If your training for football calculate calories used.
plenty of apps out there to help. I used caloriecounter to calculate my weight gain.
i used it for a week on normal diet which was about 2000 calories then upped it to 3500
i ate every 3 hours (smaller meals) which allows you more variety in your day
beginning and ending with oats (2 meals)
one fish, one chicken one fruit one salad (4 meals)
And before you say that's difficult, do you wanna gain or not!
no weight gain powders necessary, they'll just bloat you anyway...

i am just under my target weight working out 6 days per week
4 with weights 2 for cardio...

    good luck

VerdictFor a first-generation product, the Asus WiCast got nearly everything right: Its easy to set up, has excellent range, and beams 1080p video without any noticeable delay It blows the doors off Intels Wireless Display technology, which can only handle 720p, is plagued by latency, and wont stream DRM-protected content The one benefit that WiDi has over this product is that its integrated into notebooks At the very least, the $199 WiCast is an interesting alternative to the Boxee Box or Logitech Revue as a way to get personal content and Web videos onto your TV While its priced for early adopters and the transmitter is a bit too large, the WiCast is a very good first effort
