Just figured I would introduce myself. I'm Matt. 21 Years old. Been training for a few years (approx. 5 or so). I'm an ectomorph so it has been a rough 5 years going from 145 to my current 171 but I'm still going all while looking and feeling better along the way. Just got my first android phone and stumbled across the app for this and never really had anything nice to track my progress before so figured eh lets try it out. So far I like it.
If anyone has any questions eg. diet, supplements, routine, etc... Let me know and I'll do what I can to fill you in. Plus I could learn from you as well about certain areas I'm lacking in.
