Sounds a bit suspect to me. Not that yogurt isn't a healthy protein-rich snack, but how can eating a food burn fat? And there's certainly no way it would reduce abdominal fat more than any other kind of fat (

I've been eating lots of quark lately (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quark_%28cheese%29). It's technically a skim milk soft cheese but it has a consistency more like very thick double cream or very thick yogurt. Doesn't taste of a lot but is quite refreshing, and very high protein (13%) and low fat (0.2%).
