Well on this thread, the name speaks for itself about what this thread is about.
What we want users to do on this thread section is to share exercises with other users that have been proven, by the user themselves, to gain the results that they were looking for. Such as if one user were to state that they do an incline bench press but hold the bar a certain way along with bringing it down in various step, that would be beneficial for others who are looking to try a well known exercises but aren't getting much results from it.
Some users could have special techniques towards their exercises or perform them a certain way and get better results then the normal workouts. We want our users to share their secrets and share their information about workouts that have been proven to provide phenomenal results, great muscle gains and boost in strength. We are all here to support each other and provide great tools to gain those results.
