Public Logs

Due to popular demand, we have added this new section to the JEFIT Forums called Public Logs that allow our users to post up their log information whether it be on your diet, your routine, your weight lifting stats, how your lift went or anything at all. This will allow you to share personal information regarding your statistics or what you are going through with other users and receiving feedback, advice, help or anything at all.

We feel that it is important to get motivation through others viewing and knowing a bit about your logs and info, this can prove to be a useful tool for many of those who want that extra boost of confidence or possibly can share information that will benefit others and themselves.
