I took 2 progress pictures around last week, pretty much have been progressing alright and I feel decently, especially after putting on some weight during the June - August months and through my personal life troubles that have occurred, for only a month and a half back in the gym, I have dropped 15lbs in pure fat and blobbyness (haha) and put on some decent muscle. Will get more pictures up though of myself recently.

Thanks I appreciate it Justin, actually I haven't yet to be honest haha, only thing I have been able to check out is my weight and of course my height has stayed the same, have to get a measuring tape though to measure the arms haha. The one thing is that I deff feel alot more bulkier and muscle in my chest, arms, and my lats as well. Progressing on my legs now as starting to mix more squats, leg lifts, leg curls, leg presses, calf raises and such into my workout to boost that testosterone which is what I want to increase that muscle mass. Also this was right before I started taking my Dexaprine / TT-33 which that stuff has taken a significant amount of water weight off of me plus starting to help me tone out and burn extra calories (do about 45 minutes of cardio 4 - 5 days a week so help burn off that extra fat and loving it)
Haha thats whats up man, im telling you that workout kills beyond belief and has just been helping me build extra muscle. Also read in my Muscle and Fitness magazine that also having a resting timer of 30 -60 seconds helps increase your muscle mass as well so you cannot beat that at all. I have been trying to eat more carbs as well in the process, whole wheat pastas, brown rice and beans for dinner with chicken, steak and broccoli/corn. Taking SNI Whey Protein 30 with 8 scoops a day which that is about 240grams of protein right there each day from straight protein powder then through my eggs for breakfast, tuna for lunch, greek yogurt for lunch and chicken/steak for dinner getting in 400+ grams of protein per day haha. Taking in alot of protein, drinking water, eating healthy carbs and just going big during my workouts has been a great booster for myself and gaining more bulk and muscle. (Just keep telling myself while lifting, go big or go home and put mind over matter, guess it helps haha)![]()
Also just thought I would mention I feel SOO MUCH Happier and Confident with myself since losing the weight and putting the muscle back on and starting to lean out, before I was a little bit chubbier and of course depressed but now feeling happier, more alive, getting back to my old self (where I am sporadic and spontaneous), got my haircut which makes me look cleaner and more professional and my friend Garrett said girls have been staring at me at the gym and got hit on last night so can't beat that I guess. Also girls are talking to me at the bars and want to dance so my confidence is going through the roof haha. Plus being here talking to you guys and posting pictures and getting your feedback/support has been a great enhancer/booster as well and gotta thank you all for your support and motivation.
