My name is Will and I am here because I stumbled across the app in the Android Market and have found it a great bit of software. I am curently doing the beginner bulking routine 4 days a week, I also do circuit training to help me with cardio. My goal is to get myself in shape, I am physically fit but want to be bigger and stronger with good body shape, I'm not overly fussed about being ripped / cut, just big and strong
I have recently started to sort my diet out, several small meals throughout the day. Normally rice and chicken / steak with fresh veg, I use protein shakes to help. The thing I am lookng for at the moment is a good pre workout boost, I was using Maximuscle Viper but I have gone off that recently, anybody got anything good they can recommend?
