    Ive never had coffee in my life or tea an occasional can of energy drink say like one a week if that stimulants just seem to do nothing for me i jus tend to stay in a midway state to much energy to sleep but not enough to do anything else throughout the day
    then come between 1 and 4 in the morning i get stupidly alert and energetic ( much like now haha)
    i can even stay awake all night and be fine then the night after still struggle to sleep until 3 in the morning
    im tempted to try some coffee now see if its as good as you all say haha!

    Had to hit the coffee hard today, workout, up till 3am, up at 7am for work, and hitting the gym after. Yeah gonna be a bad day... already out of grounds at 10:51am haha.

    Oh snap dude....that is going to be rough no doubt about it ahah, when you are out of grounds at 10:51 AM none the less, you know your day is going to be LONG!

    That is where you make pitstops at Dunkin Donuts for an XL Coffee for 2$ or so.

    I actually haven't had coffee since last week so holding out strong, actually staying up later and don't feel so tired in the morning which is a nice bit of a change from feeling like garbage waking up and struggling to make it through the wake up process haha, then feeling exhausted at 10 when I want to play 360 or whatever.

    Hahahah well take away the cigarettes (since I don't smoke) and place 2 computers and an Iphone and Android in front of me and thats how I would have looked, shaking like crazy going for my next cup haha

    Actually gave in these past 3 days and had some coffee, but only 1 1/2 cups worth so trying to cut back, just still hating being tired around 11pm because I LOVE staying up til 3am and waking up around 6 or 7, I don't know why but really want to get back to that moment

    Yeah actually was able to stay up till 2am last night so that wasn't bad and felt energized waking up this morning at 6:30 so 1 1/2 cups of coffee was actually good for the soul haha

    proper sleep is must for brain.
    sleep refresh the brain and reduce the tiredness of the body.
    sleep is necessary for healthy grow up for the body.
    in sleep motion whole body is relax.

    The best thing I have found is ZMA. I used to take sleeping pills because I would be tired, but just staring at my ceiling for about 7 hours. Several companies make ZMA, but I recommend going to Wal-Mart and buying them separately. Zinc, Magnesium, Vit B-6. Some Magnesium already has the "chelated" zinc in it. I would take it about an hour before bed. If you like cottage cheese at night for the casein protein, avoid taking them simultaneously as magnesium competes with calcium for absorption. Take your ZMA an hour before bed, and cottage cheese immediately before. It will give you crazy dreams, as it puts you in REM sleep longer. If you aren't used to this, you may wake up looking for your new Jordan's, until you realize it was just a dream.
