    Better n' Peanut Butter

As a major Peanut Butter and Jelly eater and a way to help save money in my apartment with my girlfriend for lunches at work, I have been eating Better n' Peanut Butter which is an extremely healthy peanut butter alternative to actual well known brands like Skippy and JIF. Reason being of which I eat it is the low fat content, fiber and decent amount of protein per serving but not as much as the well known brands but still packs a punch.

I usually buy my Better n Peanut Butter from Trader Joe's as they sell it for 2.99 - 3.99$ depending on the month but I feel that it is well worth it to save your gut/love handles from the 16gram fat content of Skippy and JIF. The other benefit is that instead of getting hydrogenated oils and other ingredients that these companies put in when they make their low-fat brands.

It is natural peanut butter which is the best part and doesn't lose its flavor and you don't have to mix it compared to the low fat, oil on the top brands that you have to mix up.

I eat the natural peanut better. But that stuff there has me beat on calories and fat. Though I have double the protein per 2tbsp.

That is what I was eating before as well, and low-fat Skippy but my girlfriend found this at Target in Miami, then we found it at Trader Joes for 3$ cheaper and for the healthy aspect of one of my favorite foods you can't pass this up.

That is the only thing is that you have to double up if you want more protein but you can't pass up low fat and fiber, mmm mmm mmm

I actually have never had nutella before but everyone speaks extremely highly about it, want to try it though but that fat content deters me from it

Smuckers, Natural peanut butter. Ingredients: Peanuts, Salt.

    Yours:
Ingredients: PEANUTS (AS DEFATTED PEANUT FLOUR AND NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER), TAPIOCA SYRUP, PURE WATER, DEHYDRATED CANE JUICE, RICE SYRUP, VEGETABLE GLYCERIN, SOY FLOUR, SALT, TAPIOCA STARCH, NATURAL FOOD FLAVORS, PAPRIKA & ANNATO, CALCIUM CARBONATE, LECITHIN, VITAMINS E & C (ANTIOXIDANTS).

-Tapioca syrup, dehydrated cane juice, rice syrup, vegetable glycerin, soy flour, tapioca starch. -AKA Sugar=Love handles.

I limit my eat peanut butter consumption to only on occasion, only because I've been known to finish a whole jar at a sitting. =S

The only nutritional value peanut butter has is its health mono and poly fats. I don't get why you would consume such a calorie dense food for any other reason.

It's a "treat" for me. I used to be of the mindset that pb was an ok thing all the time. I've learned a bit since then. Takes me over a month to kill off a small jar of Smucker's Natural PB. If it's even that quick. I've to throw some out lately. :/
