Just to throw out another breakfast idea, I've been having an egg (either omega-3 or organic brown), a strip or two of turkey bacon or poultry sausage, piled on a sprouted grain english muffin. The muffin takes some getting used to since it's just a bit more dense than breads made from flour. Wash it down with a 8-12 oz of milk & a scoop of chocolate whey.![]()
