Went on my 1/4 mile sprints today. Humid on the trail but in the shade it was ok. Made my runs in ok time I guess, Averaging around 1:15 to 1:20 per. I need to pick up the speed for sure but not doing them in a while and finally making them back into my running routines are good. Hopefully I can make my two mile runs back under 13:00 flat.

I was more so referring to height/weight/goal. Not so much what you can bench.
