Yeah im not too sure exactly what it is, I know its a nighttime muscle reliever and by that I mean it helps replenish nutrients and build muscle while you are sleeping, sort of stopping your body from going into a catabolic state so that you don't lose muscle.

I used to take Leukic for that from Muscle Tech back in the day which I have to say anything that prevents your system from going into a catabolic state and you continue to build muscle while you sleep is worth it in my book.
