Giving this app another shot... kinda got busy with school, new baby, & work and let my workouts suffer. Now that I'm used to schoolwork again (goin' back to school after 20 years is certainly interesting), I'm getting back into lifting heavy!
42 yr old male, started at 166 lbs & about 17.5% bf a couple of weeks ago. Currently at 172 lbs, but still 17.5%. Working on a 5 day Max-OT split routine.
