Just downloaded the JeFit App last week and was somewhat confused at first on how to use it. I got it down now.
I'm 41 years old and have been bodybuilding now for 2 years. I live and eat Bodybuilding. The JeFit program looks like it will be a perfect fit for me. No more Paper and pin logs.

JEFIT has been a huge help for me. I'm a geek so pen and paper would have driven me nuts. Probably one of the biggest reasons I've managed to stick with it.
I'm still learning the program. I made up my own workout but the 1rm deal is screwing me up. I really just want a workout log that records my workout and gives me a graph that I can see my progress. Maybe one of you veterans can fill me in on the whole 1rm deal.
1RM = One Rep Max The theoretical amount you could lift one time given the weight & reps of your set. Not much else to that. You can view the logs on the site or the phone.
