Hi Ya'll. I am a 48 yr old woman who lost 50 lbs 3 years ago then crashed her new motorcycle and couldn't exercise for 8 months. Lost my motivation and gained 30 pounds back. Now I am on a mission to get healthy again but do it and gain strength to improve bone density. When I lost the 50 lbs before I started slow w/walking and curves program, then got addicted and kicked up a notch, was about to add the strength component but crashed my darn bike. So here I am with this great app. I can't afford a personal trainer and this is great to help me learn the strength building exercises without getting hurt....... So I am off to the gym to try the new routine that I downloaded for beginners with cardio and weights.
