Bravo; good job. Agreed, the eating part is the hardest part. I can lift till the cows come home, not problem, it is finding the right amount to eat. I'm at a cross roads in my life as I'm over 40, my metabolism has slowed down considerably and now find it hard to find the balance between eating too much and eating too little. I don't eat enough I can't get stronger but if I eat slightly more than I gain unwanted weight; granted I need to incorporate some good old fashion cardio which I've been neglecting though I could get away with it before with no problems.

Sounds like you and I both have the same problem. I am also over 40 and need to incorporate cardio into my routine.
