Lunch is typically McD's salad with chicken and either bunless chicken breast or McBites snack size (so tasty!). Or I eat Penn Station 6" chicken parm with fries. Dinner is up in the air, but its usually light.
I still hit my calorie/macro goals. I just try to find things that are sustainable. I don't have time to cook and pack my lunch like I used to. Too much sh*t to do.
