1 Vegetarian foods
2 Fresh fruits
3 Take exercise for at least 30 minutes (Running, Stretching)
4 Eat balance diet
5 Gym work
6 Morning walk...

Here are some health tips..
- Do exercises daily.
- Drink lots of water a day minimum seven or eight glass.
- Eat more green vegetables and fruits.
- Take proper sleep.
- Drink Green Tea.
- Cut back on salt.
- Avoid junk foods.
- Eat wholegrain foods.
