- Drink lots of water a day minimum seven or eight glass.

Nice thread and tips are good for health. Health is wealth and it is the most important thing of life. We should care of it. FOr living healthy life it is good to drink more water,sleep at least 8 hours,do exercise daily,eat well and healthy food and drink green tea daily. All these tips are best to maintain health.
