I'm still trying to figure out how to log my exercises...here's some questions...
-in boxing, how do you log that? It asks for weight and reps?
-I do some circuits with a couple other guys that I work out with. Here's an example:
person 1 - does burpees
person 2 -does ground and pound (punches, knees, elbows) with a heavy bag that is laying on the ground
person 3 - does a boxing combination, 1-2, 2-3, four straight (quick 1-2-1-2)
the boxing portion (combinations) is the pace setter. you rotate when the boxer is done with his combination.
You go for 3, 5 minute rounds.
How do I log something like that?
