Why Do You Workout : I have a goal to be in the best physical condition of my life by age 50. I would love to be in competition level fitness (I will never compete I am sure). And I want to look as good for my wife as she endeavors to look for me.
How Did You Start : I did a lot of research online and found the Dr Life, Adonis Index and Eat Stop Eat plans ... been following my own modification of those and seeing INCREDIBLE results ... the sky is the limit.
What Motivates You : How my wife reacts to the changes in my body!
Main Goal : Be in shape ( NOT A ROUND ONE ) a hot rock hard one.
Long Term Goals : Live long and be proud of the skin I occupy.
Short Term Goals : Short term I would like to get real lean, uncover the abs I know are there.
