Interests : Working out of course, playing guitar, reading scientific journals, swimming, hiking, camping and research.
Why Do You Workout : I work out to stay fit and in shape. I like to work out because each day there is a new goal to break.
How Did You Start : I started working out because i want to better improve my life and stay healthy while building a body that i can be proud of and others can be jealous of.
What Motivates You : Everything motivates me. Seeing better results and attracting females.
Main Goal : My main goal is to get into the best shape of my life and continue to maintain it. This will allow me to compete in various events involving physical activity and to actually be competitive against others.
Long Term Goals : My long term goals are to build lots of muscle and keep a very tone body that allows me to function better as a firefighter and to make a bigger difference in my efforts.
Short Term Goals : My short term goals are to finish up my degrees, find a high quality job and to build muscle.
Music : Any type of music. Not big on R &B, but pretty much everthing else.
Food : I enjoy almost all the different cuisines and especially miss all of the unhealthy fattening foods, even though they are no longer a part of my current diet.
Supplements : I take a lot of supplements. Mainly Protein powders, post workout powders, vitamins, fish oil and a few other things. I try to avoid pre workout supplements for performance boosting.
Exercises : See my routine. Exercises not on the routine include hiking, additional cardio, swimming and a few other things.
Magazines : I like to read guitar world, rolling stone and science magazines.
Movies : I love comedies and action films. I hate musicals and chick flicks.
