Why Do You Workout : I am supposed to be part of America's elite and I have a standard to meet in the military. Plus it's my fountain of youth!
How Did You Start : While going through a divorce due to my husband losing his attractive to my first post baby body, I joined a 12 week fitness challenge, lost the most body fat 29% out of 300 people of all sizes, and gained confidence, self esteem and a whole new positive perspective on life. I've been hooked ever since.
What Motivates You : To be the best damned looking Marine Corps wife and most fit female Army soldier at age 28 and after two babies! To inspire others!
Main Goal : 14% Body Fat
Long Term Goals : Lose the gained 2nd baby fat and build 15 lbs of muscle.
Short Term Goals : Pass my Army Physical Fitness Test 4 months postpartum and have one of the highest scores in my entire unit.
Music : Country, Rock, some pop, some R&B
Food : I am a fan of cooked frozen broccoli believe it or not!
Exercises : HIIT training of any sort!!
Magazines : Women's Fitness RX
Movies : Superhero Movies or Military Movies!
