Why Do You Workout : I want my body to have a certain shape, to look and feel a certain way. Also, working out is a good practice. I'm not religious, so working out is my only discipline

What Motivates You : good question! I take motivation *where ever* I can find it. I'm not choosy. It's great to have internal motivation, but I'll take external motivation just as well. Sometimes I go just to run into people.

Exercises : standing cable cross overs are the *very* first exercise that's worked my pecs. I wish I'd had even one session with a personal trainer, like 10 years ago!
