Description
I created this routine in order to try to burn more calories during my workout as I felt it was about time for a change from my 'bulking' phase.
There are a lot of supersets (which I tried to note by giving the exercises the same order number) and the cardio that is listed is High intensity (HIIT - 1 min high, 1 min low).
Don't usually share my routines, but I have used others and though it was time to give back
