Viewing Logs
1.) Calendar
- The Calendar provides the user with the ability to go back days, weeks, and months to view past lifting logs, body logs, notes and other information synchronized and stored within their Android Application as well as the online JEFIT server. 2.) Lifting Logs
- Lifting logs are the data that is tracked by the JEFIT Workout App after each exercise is performed with the logs being stored with synchronization. By pressing the save and start timer feature, the application stores the data recorded for the workout, and keeps the logs as reference for the next time the workout is performed. 3.) Editing Lifting Logs
- In case if you enter in the wrong data for a lifting log, you are able to edit previous logs that have been recorded. - When viewing the exercise logs table for that date, you will locate the exercise that has the incorrect data and click the exercise that you would like to edit. - Once you click the exercise, you will be brought to the exercise editing page where you will be able to edit the sets and reps for the current exercise or add more sets in for the exercise performed. - After editing the exercise logs you will then click "Save" and this will then store the current logs edited in your account to synchronize with your profile. 4.) Deleting Lifting Logs
- In case if you enter in the wrong data for a lifting log, you are able to delete previous data that have been recorded. - When viewing the exercise logs table for that date, you will locate the exercise that has the incorrect data and click the "Delete" button on the bottom right hand corner of the table. - Once you click the "Delete" button, you will select the exercise that you would like to delete logs for, tap that exercise and then click "Delete" next to the logs. - That list of lifting logs for that day will be permanently deleted and cannot be retreived unless you re-record the exact same stats. * Make sure when deleting lifting logs, that you delete the data that YOU WANT to delete, once deleted this information cannot be saved * 5.) Body Statistics
* Above Image is for 5, 6 and 7 * - Body logs keep track of personal weight and body statistics as the user updates their information in their profile. As the user updates their body stats each day, the body logs for that day will be updated as well. It follows the same process as recording the lifting logs. 6.) Editing Body Statistics
- In case if you enter in the wrong data for a body statistic, you are able to edit previous data/statistics that have been recorded. - When viewing the Body Statistics table for that date, you will be able to enter in the correct data for the body stats that have been recorded. - After entering the correct body statistics you will click the "Save/Update" button and then the body statistics for that day will updated with the newly recorded data. 7.) Deleting Body Statistics
- In case if you enter in the wrong data for a body statistic or want to remove it all together, you are able to delete previous data/statistics that have been recorded. - When viewing the Body Statistics Log Page for that date, click the "X" button on the bottom right hand corner of the table to initate the deletion process for those logs. - Once you click the "X" button, that day's worth of body statistics will be permanently deleted and cannot be retreived unless you re-record the exact same stats. * Make sure when deleting body stats, that you delete the data that YOU WANT to delete, once deleted this data cannot be saved * 8.) Notes
- The notes function allows the user to write a note about the specific workout day they have just accomplished or create a future note for a workout during the week. 9.) Editing Notes
- If you would like to edit the notes that you have created on a specific day, you will have to locate the note and click on the button on the logs page. - When viewing the note for that date, you will click within the text box for that note and then fill in with new text or edit the pre-existing text. - After editing the note, click the "Save Note" button which will then save the text written in your logs. 10.) Link Notes To Exercise
- You are also able to link notes written to exercises either within the system database or custom exercise database - After writing a note click on the "Link to Exercise" button and then select the database and exercise that you would like to link the note to. - Once a note is written and linked to the exercise, it will be stored with that exercise and will be able to viewed either from the logs page or from the actual exercise page itself. 11.) Deleting Notes
- If you have entered in the wrong note information for that day or would like to delete a note all together you can initiate a deletion through the use of the deletion button. - When viewing the logs page, you will locate the date of the note create and click the notes button. - On the notes page you will then click on the note written and then the delete button right above the list of notes written. - Once you click the "Delete" button, that note will be permanently deleted and cannot be retreived unless you re-record the same exact note. * Make sure when deleting notes, that you delete the note that YOU WANT to delete, once deleted this information cannot be saved * 12.) Adding Logs
- Adding logs offers the user a second option to enter in logs for an exercise that they have performed during the day or possibly forgot to enter during their routine. On this page, the user can create logs for either the built-in exercise database, their own custom exercises, or a routine day that has been performed already during the week. |
