My Exercises
1.) Opening the My-Exercises Page

- When opening the "My-Exercises" page, you are taken to your entire account database of all of the custom exercises that have been pre-created for your JEFIT Account along with all of the custom exercises that you will create further using the JEFIT Website and Application.

2.) Create Custom Exercise

- As soon as you open the page, you will notice the very top table will contain the ability for the user to create a custom exercise that they can use in their application and track logs and data or create logs via the JEFIT Website. When creating a custom exercise you have the ability to give the exercise a name, select the major muscle group/body part for the exercise, the record type (Weight and Reps, Reps Only, Cardio, Time Only or Reps/Interval Duration) and the other muscle groups that the exercise targets.

3.) Edit / Delete Custom Exercise

- To edit or delete the current custom exercises created or listed in your custom exercise list, scroll to the bottom of the page and on the right hand corner you will notice the button that states "Edit" after the final exercise in the list. Clicking this button will enable the edit and deletion function where you will be either able to edit information and details about the current exercise selected or delete it from your database.

4.) Tracking Your Progress

- Next to each exercise name on the list, you will notice a graph symbol, this represents all of the current logs and stats that thave been recorded and tracked for that exercise. On this page users will be able to see the last time they have recorded logs for that exercise, current 1RM and the amount of change between the previous 1RM and the current.

5.) Synchronization with Application

- After you have created a custom exercise through the use of the JEFIT Website, you will be able to open up the application and click on the synchronize button which will then transfer the exercise that you have created on the website into your app and you will be able to track data and create logs.
