My Logs and Workout Data
1.) Opening the My-Logs Page

- When opening up the "My-Logs" page, you will be directed to a calendar view of all of the logs that you have created and tracked either on the JEFIT Application or on the JEFIT Website. After you perform a workout day from the routine that you have created and clicked on the synchronize button, this will send your data into the JEFIT Server and in return, display all information and logs tracked and saved.

- After certain logs have been recorded or stored within the server, a user's My-Logs will be updated and display various icons to represent what types of data have been tracked during that workout day.

- With this icon, the user has logged a new set of Body Statistics

- After completing a routine and synchronizing with the server, this icon represents a new set of Training Logs that have been stored and recorded.

- This icon represents Progress Pictures that have been uploaded to your profile.

- If a user has made comments about their workout, body statistics, how they performed during that day, or about their progress pictures, a Notes icon will display on that calendar day.

2.) Create Workout Logs

- Once you click on the calendar date for logs you would like to view or create data for, scroll down to the bottom of the page and search for the table that states "Add Workout Logs". On this table there are 3 steps that you will have to click through to start recording logs, selecting the database for exercises you would like to use, selecting a body part for the exercise to be chosen and then choosing the exercise you would like to track logs for.

- After selecting the exercise, the website will produce 3 input sections for you to enter in weight and reps. You will also be able to add as many sets as you would like into the logs by clicking the "+ Sets" button or remove extra sets by clicking the "- Sets" button.

3.) Entering in Body Statistics

- If you click on a day that currently is empty, in the body stats table there will be a message that states "You have not entered in body stats, click here to enter" and you will be able to click the text and begin entering in body stats for that day.

- Upon clicking the "Click here to enter" button, a new table will open up where you will be able to enter in all body statistics from weight, body fat, height, etc... and update your profile body statistics to see your current progress with your workouts and benefits on your body.

4.) Creating Notes

- In the middle of the page there is a text box where users are able to enter in and record notes pertaining to that days workouts, comments about body statistics or training logs, or even discussing progress pictures that have been taken for that day.

- Notes are beneficial when looking back at logs to see how well you might have performed during that day, if there were any barriers that halted you during your workout, or any new 1RM's and personal records that you beat.

5.) Editing Previous Workout Logs

- As some users like to go back and revisit logs, you are able to edit previous logs that have been recorded (if possibly you entered in the wrong data or forgot to add in extra sets). When viewing the Workout Logs table for that date, you will locate the exercise taht has incorrect logs and click the "Edit" button.

- This will then open up the sets, reps and weight section on the bottom "Add Workout Logs" table where you will be able to edit the data for that date, remove incorrect logs, add in extra sets or change anything that you would like to change for that set of data.

- Afterwards you will click "Save" and all information will be stored in your account on the server and when you synchronize on your application, it will change the data stored and recorded in your app. This will also change all graphs and data pertaining to the statistics that have been changed.

6.) Editing Previous Body Statistics

- Along with being able to edit previous workout logs, you are able to edit any body statistics or logs that might have been entered in incorrectly. Underneath the table with the recorded body logs, there is an "Edit" button, by clicking this button it will enable the editing feature where you will be able to correct any incorrect body logs that might have been entered or fill in any sections that were left blank.

- Afterwards you will click "Save" and all information will be stored in your account on the server and when you synchronize on your application, it will change the data stored and recorded in your app. This will also change all graphs and data pertaining to the statistics that have been changed.

7.) Synchronization with Application

- All data that has been saved on the JEFIT Website or logs recorded through the My-Logs page, will be transfered over to the JEFIT Application through the use of the synchronization function. Once a user saves any data on the website, they will open up the JEFIT Applicaiton and click the Synchronize button, this will bring all of the data saved on the server right into your application and overwrite any previous information in the app.
