    Can't seem to find a search function in the routine database... so perhaps someone with more computer skills if that exists?

    None modified. Just plain 5/3/1 as created by Wendler. Thanks.

    EDIT: And while im at it... is it the barbell suqat that's the benchmark excerise that turns up on your log? Doesn't seem to work for time to time, so if it's the full squat I should enter instead?

    It's the full squat. Remember that the full squat is BELOW parallel.
