    Seeing 3s recovery means that exercice is linked with the next one. They are giant set exercices. That's all about circuit training, but not for beginners, even not intermediates, I think.

    First day, strength

    Then Endu or recovery, your choice. "Light" weights and about 15reps to recover, performing good form and tempo.
    up to 20 reps, which is quite lonnnng to me, to train those muscles deeply.

    Finally 6-8 reps, my favorite reps range ^^ not too long sets, and "heavy" weights to feel the pain grow into your body ...

    And some cardio !!! I love running with friends. jogging, 30/30, 300-400 series even uphill series.
