  • Hey Everyone

    I started doing strength training last year after going to the gym to talk about toning up, losing weight and increasing flexibility.

    I was introduced to deadlifting and squats. I have since grown to enjoy weight training far more than initially expected. Being goal driven I came across Jefit and decided to give it a go as I started a new goal for this year. Enjoying the app and enjoying the progress being made.

    I've heard great things about starting strength, I would have given it a go were my gym better equipped!
