I am a freshman in college right now. in high school i wrestled and played football now that i'm not doing either i was hoping someone could help me find a work out that could get me back into shape like i was in high school i like to lift a lot and cardio is growing on me. I currently weigh around 230 and i was hoping to get around 200 but next year. I am looking for a way to loss weight while maybe trying to get better at wrestling to walk on to my colleges team next year. Lastly i was hoping to workout 4 days a week and maybe the 5th day of only cardio
