    Can the app chart my progress with insidiously workouts? I feel like I'm missing something because this should be one of the top features. I can track my weight, meausurements, etc. but not my progress on individual workouts. I have all of the stats for it logged and I'm guessing it can chart 1RM to make reps/sets more standardized. Am I missing something?
