I lost about 60lbs in a year. I started by lifting weights, walking, jogging, and P90X. I did that for about 3 months, 2-3 times a week.
I also started watching what I ate and drank. I did not track my progress or stats with anything and now I
am wishing I had. I will log my workouts with this.
