I started working out about a year and a half ago. I dropped 35 pounds while focusing on cardio training, because of a health scare, and now that i have a clean bill of health i am focusing on weight training with a little cardio. When i first started working out, i used the notebook method but tracking my progress was cumbersome. Since i've started using JEFIT my performance has increased much faster and people have noticed. Hat's off to the developers!!
