    Hey guys. Can anyone point me in the direction of a routine that requires no equipment (as I have none), preferably one that focuses on abs. Cheers.

    Hi Alexander I saw your problem and I created a routine for abs that does what you are asking. I posted it online. It includes Crunches, Frog Sit-Ups, Leg Raises, and Oblique Crunches, and Tuck Crunch. Check it out, the routine is named no equipment, I hope this answers your question.

      Thankyou very much! Am I correct in that there is currently no way to download these routines, say to the android app for example?

          This is really helpful Superharvey, I travel a lot and can't always use a gym. If you have any spare time, would be great to get a 3-4 day routine working the whole body with no equipment... :-)
